'Shire Oaks Hospitality' launched in December 2022, serving high  end Australian style brunch.

In March 2023, we decided to make the most of our beautiful venue and launch 'Candela Loca', given our love for Mexican and South American cuisine.

We do not aim to bring stereotypical South American cuisine that can be vastly found in London.

​

Taking inspiration from recipes, fellow chefs and authentic restaurants that we have encountered during our travels,  we use the same vibrant ingredients that fill the pantries in most South American kitchens to create our dishes.

Our menu aims to offer a fresh perspective to South American cuisine., rather than being a slave to tradition.

All of our sauces, dressings and marinades are made from scratch, using the highest quality ingredients.
